when we feel wronged, we are actually driven by troubles, and the evil deeds such as slander, slander and scolding created in the past are felt in the present. The reason why we are wronged and prone to tears is because we are caught in our own emotions and strongly cling to ourselves. Originally, I expected to get the affirmation and admiration of the other party, but I didn't get it. Instead, I was criticized, accused and hurt by some people who thought it was unreasonable. What we want is not satisfied, but hurt, which is exactly what we have created before.
Therefore, after understanding this truth, it is oneself who really should blame. Whether you are tolerant or wronged when the realm comes is not the difference in external behavior, but your inner state. Beyond the heart, let go, you can tolerate each other. If your heart has been caring and resisting, but your appearance is forbearing, you will feel wronged and hurt. Therefore, whether it is external rejection or self-persecution, it is actually self-persistence.
So we should increase our kindness, gratitude and joy in the ordinary realm; Always be grateful for each other's help and think about each other's goodwill; Always think for others everywhere, without hurting others. Even if you see others' faults, don't change your kindness, let alone affect your mood because of others' troubles.
the so-called "seeking perfection through grievances", if it is really "seeking perfection", there will be no grievances. The so-called "magnanimity can accommodate", if it is really "magnanimous", it will be empty. As Master You Yi said, "Let go of the whole body and mind and make a transcendent view."
Everything in the world is changeable. If you let go of your self-attachment, the pain will naturally leave, the dark clouds of grievances will not drive away, and the radiant light will light up your heart.
