Bank transfer of individual customer of China Bank was cancelled.

Bank transfer can be terminated at BOC outlets, BOC personal online banking, futures companies and other channels.

1. Counter of China Bank: You can hold valid documents (individual customers: identity documents; Institutional clients: the original ID card of the handling personnel, the power of attorney of the legal person, and the organization code certificate) apply for cancellation at the counter of China Bank.

2. Self-service cancellation of personal online banking: Please click Securities Futures in Online Banking-Silver Period Transfer-Customer Cancellation, select the deposit account number and fill in the password, then click Next to cancel the contract according to the prompts on the page. During the cancellation operation, the e-banking security authentication tool will not be verified.
