In order to strengthen and promote the emergency management of our bureau and fully implement the fire protection policy of "safety first, prevention first, and combination of prevention and elimination", according to the provisions of the Fire Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on Fire Protection of High-rise Buildings, the Emergency Management Measures of Nanchang Lemmon Property Company and the Fire Safety Management Measures, we can respond quickly when an unexpected accident occurs. Correctly, quickly and orderly respond to and deal with major fire accidents in the office building of the Bureau, prevent and reduce fire hazards, implement fire safety responsibilities, improve the fire safety awareness and self-prevention and self-rescue ability of cadres and workers in the overall situation, and ensure the personal and property safety of enterprises and employees. After research, it was decided to carry out the office building fire emergency drill on 20 10/February 15. This drill is jointly conducted by our company and Lemon Real Estate.

Exercise scenario and disaster hypothesis: suppose that a fire broke out in the conference room on the fourth floor of office building A of Building 5 during working hours, and the fire spread rapidly, with thick smoke billowing, which seriously threatened people's lives and caused huge property losses. Second, the purpose of exercise

(a) to test the rationality of the emergency treatment process and measures in the emergency plan, master the essentials of emergency treatment, and improve the ability of employees to deal with office building fire accidents.

(2) From the perspective of actual combat, improve the response speed of the base office building in case of fire accident, ensure the rapid response after the accident, immediately start the corresponding emergency plan, organize self-help and evacuation quickly and orderly, and reduce property losses and casualties.

(3) Through the mutual cooperation and participation of personnel from all departments, the accident prediction is fully done, so that the emergency knowledge of personnel from all departments can be improved, and they can be familiar with and understand the emergency organization and emergency work flow, strengthen cooperation and improve their handling capacity.

(1) Ensure safety. The exercise is conducted in a combination of simulation and actual operation, with the principle of not affecting the normal production and work order and ensuring safety. In order to simplify the drill procedure and ensure the smooth progress of the drill process, the time and sequence of accident handling during the drill process are slightly different from the actual situation, and the reporting link with relevant units in provinces and cities is omitted.

The main task of the drill headquarters is to be responsible for the overall command of emergency operations, make decisions according to the development of the situation, and issue various emergency response instructions.

The fire emergency office consists of the following five emergency rescue groups, which are divided into fire fighting group, communication group, evacuation guidance group, safety rescue alert group and publicity report group, and each group is responsible by a special person. Its composition and division of labor are as follows:

1. fire brigade: it is composed of relevant professionals from lemon property safety and order department, engineering department, customer service department and other departments, all security personnel and department heads who have fire accidents.

And the main task is to get to the fire site within 3 minutes in case of emergency, obey the unified command of the commander, cut off the dangerous source in time, and use the nearby fire water source and fire extinguishing equipment to put out the fire to prevent the fire from spreading.
