Zhang's family refused to accept the decision and hired a lawyer to ask for reconsideration of the ruling of "1 10" according to law, but it was unreasonably rejected by the Municipal Public Security Bureau.

The "April 30" unjust case was thus concocted!

It was originally clear that the police brutally beat people after drinking, but it turned into a vicious homicide case of "beating the police".

On May 15, the custody of Zhang and his son expired, and Zhumadian City Public Security Bureau ignored the judicial advice of the Municipal Procuratorate on "immediate release" and refused to release them. They were also transferred to criminal detention on suspicion of "obstructing official duties" and reported to the Municipal Procuratorate for approval of arrest. Accordingly, the procuratorate approved the arrest of Liu Jianqiang and Zhang Shanjun, and handed over police officers Zhou Jing and Zhong Bing to the law and discipline department for investigation.

The families of the deceased also raised some plots and doubts.
