Processing flow:

1, go to the health department on the third floor of the office building to handle the payment notice.

2. Go to the accreditation department on the second floor of the office building to issue a payment notice, make out an invoice, pay the fee, and receive the medical bill. Fill in the form item by item and take photos with a digital camera (I don't need to bring photos).

3. Arrange the date of physical examination in the inspection building according to the physical examination form. Blood collection and intestinal examination are on the third floor of the experimental building, and general examination and chest X-ray are on the first floor of the experimental building.

4. One week after the health check, go to the accreditation department on the second floor of the office building to check whether the health check is qualified. Qualified, you can apply for a health examination certificate.

5. The physical examination certificate is the certificate made by our center through computer.
