Why can't I get the text message from vivo?

If you use a vivo phone, you can view the following information:

1. Some short messages could not be sent.

1. If the short message contains sensitive words, the other party can't receive it after sending: Please send a short message with a test statement to confirm whether the other party can receive it normally, such as sending: Hello, thank you, etc. If the other party can receive it normally, it means that the text message sent before may contain sensitive words.

2. Confirm whether the "fixed dialing" service has been started: after the fixed dialing is started, information can only be sent to the contacts in the fixed dialing list, but not to other numbers. If you want to continue sending SMS, please cancel the fixed dialing service. Enter Settings-Applications and Permissions-System Application Settings-Telephone-Mobile/Unicom/Telecom-Fixed Dialing, and turn off Fixed Dialing (please consult the operator for the PIN2 code to be entered when turning off).

3. You can't send short messages to some short numbers: enter the information App-three points in the upper right corner-Settings-More Settings-Send payment information. It is recommended to set it to every query.

1. Switch flight mode: You can try to switch flight mode, re-trigger the network and try again.

2. Check whether to use the third-party SMS App: The third-party SMS App may have compatibility reasons, so it is recommended that you use the SMS App that comes with the system. Go to Settings-Applications and Permissions-Rights Management-Permissions-Default Application Settings-Information and set it as Information.

3. Check whether the SMS center number is set correctly: Enter Settings-Applications and Permissions-System Application Settings-Information-More Settings-SMS Center Number. If you don't know the local SMS center number, please contact the operator to get the SMS center number and set it. Note: You can also check the number of the local SMS center by checking other mobile phones using the SIM card of the same operator.

4.SIM card comparison test: It is recommended that you put the SIM card on other mobile phones to send SMS test. If the transmission still fails, it is recommended that you consult the operator's customer service for handling.

5. Restore all settings: After backing up the data, go to Settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-Restore all settings and follow the onscreen instructions. Note: Restoring all settings will not delete any data or media files, but only restore all settings of the mobile phone, and some third-party application accounts need to log in again. Please make sure that it will not affect the use of the software before operation.
