How does Xiaohongshu return a refund?

I know this problem. I often buy things in Little Red Books, especially Little Red Books. I often drop some red envelopes, which makes me particularly want to buy things. Some inappropriate ones will be returned for a refund. Overall, the service is not bad. I sorted out two methods today, and continue to read.

Method 1:

Step 1: First, open the Little Red Book APP, and click "Shopping" in the menu below to jump to the shopping page;

Step 2: Click the "Order" symbol in the upper right corner (it is a small icon, refer to the circled place in Figure 2 below), and all the orders you bought on the little red book platform will be displayed;

Step 3: Then find the product you want to refund, click anywhere in the circled area, and you will jump to the specific information page of the product purchase;

Step 4: Generally, in the middle of the product details page, there is a menu of "Apply for After-sale" under the price. Click enter, fill in the information such as "refund reason" according to the prompt, and the application is completed.

Method 2:

? Step 1: Open the Little Red Book APP and click "My" in the lower right corner;

Step 2: In the pop-up interface, click the "three" symbol in the upper left corner, and a row of menus will pop up on the left;

Step 3: there is a "help and customer service" in the middle of the bottom;

Step 4: Click the "Independent After-sales" menu above;

Step 5: The page will pop up all the goods you bought, select one of the goods you want to return for a refund, click "Apply for Receiving Goods" and fill in the information such as "Refund Reason" as prompted, and the application is completed.

Special reminder: after the application is completed, don't ignore it casually. After a while, click on the "Application Record" in Figure 6 to see whether the merchant agrees to refund, whether the place has been refunded after approval, and if there is no manual customer service, let Xiaohongshu make a complaint.
