How long can Alipay be cancelled after it is deactivated?

Please confirm that you are ready to give up Alipay account, and the cancellation process is irreversible;

In addition, you need to ensure that the following conditions are met when applying: ensure that your account has been registered for more than 30 days;

Ensure that the account has no funds or rights in the form of Alipay balance, concentrated treasure balance, coupons, red envelopes, etc. ;

Ensure that there are no ongoing transactions in the account (including completed transactions that can be refunded);

Ensure that Alipay account is not bound with Taobao member name or Alibaba Chinese Station member name;

The cancellation application is only open to ordinary users, and the merchants who sign with Alipay cannot cancel the Alipay account during the contract period;

Other Alipay service agreements, Alipay account cancellation agreements or conditions specially agreed between Alipay and you.

If satisfied, log in to Alipay, Help Center-Self-help, and click Cancel Account. If you are not logged into Alipay account, you will be prompted to log in first.
