How to change Tenpay's bound mobile phone number

There are two ways to change the mobile phone number associated with the certificate:

1) When your old mobile phone number can still receive SMS messages, enter www.tenpay.com, log in to Tenpay, select "Mobile Phone Service" and click "Change Mobile Phone Number" to enter the following page:

Enter your payment password and fill in the two verification codes received by the old mobile phone number and the new mobile phone number in turn. After the verification is successful, it can be replaced successfully.

2) When you can't receive the SMS of your old mobile phone number due to loss or other reasons, enter www.tenpay.com, log in to Tenpay, select "Mobile Phone Service", click Appeal to change your mobile phone number, and enter the following page: You need to fill in the ID number, confidential answer, email to accept the appeal result, upload the scanning certificate, and the staff will inform you of the appeal result by email within three working days after the submission is successful. If the appeal is passed, you will be guided to complete the appeal. (Note: If a scanned copy has been uploaded at the time of application, uploading the same scanned copy at the time of filing will greatly speed up the review. )
