After filling in the relevant information, click "Independent Application" to apply for a certificate of family epidemic prevention control.

Successful application

After the above operations are completed, the "Certificate of Home Epidemic Prevention Control" file will appear. Click Download Certificate to save it locally.

Trough management applet

Click on the epidemic prevention control certificate.

Open the WeChat applet, find the "Epidemic Prevention Control Certificate" button, and click Enter.

Online application
