Can China Bank Card handle a double card with no annual fee and no small management fee?

For individual customers who hold "unique accounts" in China Bank, China Bank has automatically exempted their annual fees and small account management fees.

Only one debit card in the customer's name can enjoy annual fee reduction and small account management fee reduction. If you only have a debit card in BOC, you can waive the annual fee and small account management fee for this card; If BOC has multiple debit cards, one debit card can be exempted from annual fee and small account management fee, and other accounts can be charged normally.

Temporary exemption for Class II and Class III electronic accounts without physical media.
