How to notarize WeChat chat records?

Notarization of SMS/WeChat /qq/ E-mail preservation evidence refers to the certification activities that the notary office extracts, stores, fixes, describes and supervises the SMS, WeChat chat records, WeChat official accounts, qq chat records, e-mails and other contents of the parties by means of screen capture, photo taking, video recording, recording, printing and synchronization assistant software export according to their applications.

1, the original identification materials of the applicant;

(1) Identity documents provided by natural persons;

The legal person shall submit the business license and the ID card of the legal representative;

4. Check the qualification certificate of email/Weibo account, which can be provided by declaration/guarantee;

5. If it is not handled in person, the power of attorney and the identity certificate of the agent shall also be provided;
