What should I do if "Please contact the owner and user for authorization" appears in the SMS interface?

1. Under the owner user, open the settings option on Huawei mobile phone, as shown in the figure below.

2. Enter the phone settings page, and select the option to open users and accounts, as shown in the figure below.

3. Enter the user and account page, and select the open multi-user option, as shown in the figure below.

4. Enter the multi-user page and select the user to authorize settings, as shown in the figure below.

5. In the pop-up user authorization window, check the switch that allows calls and information to be used and * * * enjoys communication records, and then click Switch User to solve the above problems and use it normally. As shown in the figure below.
