Is there a fine for the second violation warning?

Violation of the warning for the second time will be fined. Those who violate the first warning will be punished according to law for the second time, and those who refuse to correct the first verbal warning will not be fined.

A fine for illegal parking must meet two conditions:

1. The driver of the motor vehicle is not at the scene, or the driver refuses to leave the parking place immediately at the request of the traffic police at the scene.

2. Obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians. The first violation warning is once a year.

Penalties for violating snapshots are as follows:

1. In violation of the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking, you can point out the illegal behavior, give a verbal warning and order it to leave immediately;

2. If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, which hinders the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not hinder traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ;

3. If a motor vehicle stops at a place without parking signs or markings or temporarily stops, it will be fined 100 yuan, and recorded as 1 minute.

Based on the above, violation of the first warning will be punished according to law for the second time.

Anyone who violates the provisions of road traffic safety laws and regulations on motor vehicle parking and temporary parking can point out the illegal act, give a verbal warning and order him to leave immediately.

If the driver of a motor vehicle is not at the scene or refuses to leave immediately although he is at the scene, thus obstructing the passage of other vehicles and pedestrians, a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan may be imposed, and the motor vehicle may be towed to a place that does not obstruct the traffic or parked at a place designated by the traffic management department of the public security organ. The traffic administrative department of the public security organ shall not charge the parties the trailer fee, and shall inform the parties of the parking place in time.

If the motor vehicle is damaged due to improper traction methods, it shall be liable for compensation according to law.
