4. 5. In principle, people from counties where medium- and high-risk areas are located and where positive infections are located are not allowed to return to Han. Those who have returned to Han from medium- and high-risk areas must strictly implement the "14+7" isolation control measures; 14-day home medical observation will be implemented for those who have returned to Han from counties where medium- and high-risk areas are located; People returning to Han from other counties in the city where medium- and high-risk areas are located will be included in the community grid management and a 14-day home health monitoring will be implemented.

6. People who have come to and returned to Hanhan with a history of living in Zhengzhou City and Xuchang City, Henan Province since December 18, 2021, and people who have come to and returned to Hanhan with a history of living in Tianjin City since December 23, 2021, must Actively report to the community, consciously comply with epidemic prevention and control requirements, and actively obey and cooperate with management.
