The Postal Savings Bank finally publicly responded to the theft of dozens of depositors. The bank said, "Recently, some media reported that our bank card was stolen. Our bank attaches great importance to IT. After comprehensive investigation, our IT system is safe and reliable. After preliminary verification, as of July 25th, our bank has received 23 customers' complaints that bank cards have been stolen, which are mainly used for small payments such as game card ordering and telephone recharge.
