In our last job, we called the annual work summary meeting the annual criticism meeting. If you want to show off your skills, the whole SWOT analysis is to make your leaders feel that everything is developing positively and everything is under your control. Then extract some valuable experiences and problems that need to be improved. List the master plan for next year. Finally, show the leaders the excellent advertising cases of our department in the past year. This is the end of work summary.

And don't expect the leader to be satisfied with your work summary. If you are not an indispensable star employee in the enterprise, the leader will definitely sum up all kinds of dissatisfaction with your work!
