1. After the successful signing, China Everbright Bank will automatically deduct the monthly service fee from the RMB current balance of the designated payment account on the signing day, and then automatically deduct the monthly service fee on the day of each month. If there is no such date in the subsequent deduction month, the deduction will be made on the last day;

2. If the contract is terminated by itself, the service fee charged by the bank in the current month will not be refunded;

3. If the current balance of RMB in the payment account is insufficient, the deduction fails. You need to deposit the service fee into the RMB current account of the contracted account within 5 days, and the system will automatically deduct it on the day of deposit; If the payment is overdue for more than 5 days, the system will automatically close the "SMS service". If you want to resume service, you need to go through the signing formalities again;

4. Each account is charged a monthly service fee of 10 yuan, and 1 mobile phone number can be registered; For every 1 signed mobile phone number, a monthly service fee of 10 yuan will be charged, and so on;

5. For the new mobile phone number, the service fee will be charged together with other mobile phones under this service from the first charging day after the successful signing.
