obviously, it's totally inappropriate to say such things to new colleagues, and it is likely to bring a very embarrassing situation. It will take you some time to get to know your new colleagues before asking such questions.

2. "Don't get mixed up with those people ..."

Even if you have good reasons to hate some people in the company, saying such things to new colleagues will only make them think that you are a narrow-minded person. Why did you involve a new colleague in office politics?

3. "I hate our boss/company/colleagues/everyone"

It's not a good idea to say something to a new colleague that shows his subjective tendency. Most likely, they will be loyal to the boss who hired them, not a grumpy and complaining colleague.
