Fujian Province Digital Economy Development Index Evaluation Report Released

Recently, the Fujian Provincial Economic Information Center released the "Fujian Province Digital Economy Development Index Evaluation Report (2022)". The report shows that the province's digital economy development index (referred to as FJDEI index) reached 73.4, and the scale of the digital economy It exceeds 2.3 trillion yuan, accounting for more than 47% of the province's GDP.

The FJDEI index evaluates the development status of the digital economy in nine cities and one district in our province from five aspects: digital development foundation, digital technology innovation, digital social application, digital governance level and digital industry development. According to the FJDEI index evaluation results, overall, our province's digital economy will continue to develop steadily in 2021. The index of the Northeastern Fujian Collaborative Development Zone is 72.5 and the index of the Southwest Fujian Collaborative Development Zone is 74.2.
