Twenty-sixth traffic lights are composed of red light, green light and yellow light. Red light means no traffic, green light means permission, and yellow light means warning.

Thirty-eighth motor vehicle signal lights and non-motor vehicle signal lights respectively indicate:

(a) when the green light is on, vehicles are allowed to pass, but turning vehicles shall not hinder the passage of straight vehicles and pedestrians;
