Strictly choose how to refund.

1. First, log in to official website, YEATION, or open the mobile phone application in YEATION. Find the order on the website or application and enter the order details page.

2. Secondly, on the order details page, there will be options of "returning goods" or "applying for returning goods". Click this option to enter the return application page. On the return application page, fill in the return information. Please make sure to fill in accurate and detailed information.

3. Finally, after submitting the return application, the customer service personnel who are still strictly selected will review the application and contact to confirm the return. If the return application is approved, you will receive the return instructions and return address.
