2. log in to ICBC's personal online banking, enter ICBC Messenger > Messenger Service Agreement > Use Agreement > Open Service Agreement > Open/Modify/Cancel > and select Open Custom Messenger Service to confirm the success.

Method 3: Go through the self-service terminal of ICBC outlets. After inserting the card and entering the password to verify the ID card, select ICBC Messenger Service-> Select Enable (View Messenger Usage Agreement)-> Enter the bound mobile phone number-> Confirm with verification code-> Enable successfully.
