All steps of printing files on Android phones

Printing documents is a common task in our daily office. When we receive pictures or files sent by others to our mobile phones, or when we need to print files stored in our mobile phones when going out to work, we have to use data cables or other methods to transfer the files to our computers and print them out. The steps are cumbersome. It will take a long time.

Today, I want to share a little trick with you. It is simple, convenient and time-saving to connect the printer directly with the mobile phone and print files quickly.

It's actually quite simple. We need to use the function of mobile QQ.

First, log in to QQ on the computer connected to the printer.

Then open the mobile QQ, and open the files sent by friends that need urgent printing:

After opening the file, click the menu in the upper right corner and click Print:

Then select the printer model that can be printed by the current computer connection from the printer:

Select a good model, select the number of copies to print, single-sided and double-sided options, and then click Print:

In this way, the file will be printed immediately. There is no need to copy or transfer files. Just log in to QQ on a computer with a printer connected.

Generally, the mobile phone itself does not have the printing function now, but it can be easily realized by third-party software. Taking QQ as an example, it shows that the printing function is still realized by mobile QQ:

1. Preparation: Make sure the QQ in the computer is online, turn on the color printer connected to the computer, turn on the mobile QQ, and log in with the same number as the computer QQ.

2. On the opened "Mobile QQ" interface, many function options appear. Click to select Contacts, and then click the My Device button.

3. Select "My Printer" in "My Device" to start printing.

4. After entering the "My Printer" interface, click "Print Photos".

5. Select the file to be printed in "Album" and click "OK" at the bottom of the interface.

6. Click OK to open the print options interface. There is an arrow to the right of the "Printer" item. Click it and select the printer you want to use. Select a printer in the local area network. The other two options "Number of copies" and "Double-sided" can be set as required.

7. After selecting the printer, you can see that the file is being transferred. (The transmission time depends on the quality of the mobile phone network signal. If you choose the wrong photo and don't want to print it, you can press it on the photo. After the word "Delete" appears, click "Delete" to cancel the printing process.

8. After the transmission is completed, you will see "Send to printer". This document will be printed out by a printer.

Note: Be sure to remember that the computer QQ and the mobile QQ are the same number, and the printer is on. Special photos should be printed on the printing paper.
