The mobile phone received a short message saying that your ICBC card with the tail number of 6224 has opened online banking. I didn't handle this card at all.

If it is indeed 95588, go to the nearest ICBC business hall first, provide your ID card and ask to verify whether your name is really on the card.

It's really your name. Someone may have used a copy of your ID card to open the card privately. Don't think that banks are very standardized, especially ICBC, a bank with many outlets and miscellaneous personnel. There are also reports on the internet that insiders have violated regulations.

If it is solved, freeze this card first and complain to ICBC customer service. If you have no economic loss, ICBC will cancel your card and report to the police seriously.
