When it is predicted that the air pollution process needs to be strengthened, in accordance with the requirements of regional joint prevention and control, except for vehicles that ensure the normal operation of the city, vehicles that meet the needs of the Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games, public transportation and new energy vehicles, other motor vehicles will drive for one day or even more according to the license plate number, and 80% of official vehicles of party and government organs, enterprises and institutions at all levels in this city will stop driving; In addition to sports events, people's livelihood security and emergency rescue, medium and heavy fuel (gas) vehicles are not allowed to drive on the road.
