You are using ADC customer enterprise letter solution, and the sending failed for two reasons.

1.ADC needs to be whitelisted. Please submit it to the local account manager when adding, and a short message receipt will be sent to the account manager after adding successfully.

2. Incorrect text format: There are two types.

2. 1- the format of the text document. Txt, the comma separating the phone number should be an Excel form comma. There are no Chinese and English commas in the text document. Txt can be recognized. (Note)

2.2- Convert to Excel table csv format (comma separated), which will be recognized by the system.
