Hello, rider can cancel the order. After entering the order, click Cancel Order in the upper right corner. After the owner takes the order, if the passenger fails to confirm the itinerary for more than 10 minutes, the owner can cancel the order. If the owner cancels the order without reason, or the driving distance is too long, it will be regarded as illegal, and the corresponding score or fine will be deducted.
