How to check Chang 'an Yidong DT automatic transmission oil?

The following contents apply to Chang 'an 20 18 Yidong DT.

1. Confirm that the vehicle is in a level state and fix the tires;

2. Confirm that the shift handle stays in the P position;

3. Unscrew the transmission oil filler plug (hexagon plug, slot number 55);

4. Add 400g (about 470ml) of transmission oil from the oil injection hole;

5. Tighten the transmission oil filler plug (tightening torque10n.m ~16n.m);

6. Turn off the air conditioner, start the engine, and keep the engine speed below 2000 rpm to heat the transmission oil;

7. When the vehicle is idling, step on the brake, and the shift handle is switched from P, R, N, D and D, N, R and P, and each gear is kept for more than 3 seconds;

8. Repeat step 7 twice;

9. When the oil temperature rises to 35℃ at idle speed, keep the shift lever at P 1 min;

10. When the oil temperature is stable at 35℃ to 45℃, put a clean container filled with transmission oil under the transmission and unscrew the plug of the transmission overflow hole for observation (the above oil temperature CAN be read by CAN signal or scanning tool);

1 1. If the transmission oil changes from filiform to drop by drop, immediately tighten the transmission overflow plug (the tightening torque is 23 N.m ~ 25 N.m, and the overflow plug gasket cannot be reused and needs to be replaced every time the oil level is checked);

12. Weigh the transmission oil in the container. If the requirements of the following curve are met, the transmission oil level is normal. If it does not meet the requirements, repeat the following operations from step 4 until it meets the requirements.
