As for why Zhang Jin didn't contact Mr. Cao's family directly, Zhang said that he might be afraid that the family members of the deceased were too excited and their emotions were out of control.

Zhang said that there are usually three solutions to such incidents. One is to solve it through consultation. If the consultation is not good, you can apply for medical appraisal or bring a lawsuit to the court.
