Why can't we cancel the value-added service?

Without your consent, China Unicom will not customize your business for no reason. If you find that you customize SMS value-added services for no reason, it may be related to the following reasons:

1 Check whether you have replied to relevant text messages or answered relevant marketing calls, so as to open the business;

2 check whether others have obtained your service password and other information before handling it for you;

3. The mobile phone terminal manufacturer illegally built a menu on the mobile phone;

4 Because of your wrong operation, you customized or ordered the service;

Due to the diversity of value-added services, it is more complicated to open services for no reason. I suggest you contact our staff or go to the business hall to report the situation, and we will verify and handle it as soon as possible.

Unicom's letter service mainly includes two types: on-demand and monthly subscription. If it is on-demand, there is no need to charge or unsubscribe; In the case of monthly subscription, due to the different types of credit services of Unicom, the unsubscribe methods are also different. You can try to log in to the online business hall/homepage, and click Business Handling > Other Services > Value-added Services > My New Services > Business Unsubscription. The service you ordered will be displayed in the interface. After finding the service you want to unsubscribe, you can unsubscribe from the value-added service or log in to the mobile phone business hall client and click on the service. If you can't unsubscribe, you can contact Unicom's manual customer service to unsubscribe.
