For those who return from the provincial capital city without epidemic within 14 days, the health code is green, the travel code is green, and there is a 24-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate. Return from outside the province, the implementation of "three days and two inspections"; Persons who enter or return from outside the province or the city shall be tested for nucleic acid within 24 hours.

For Fangcheng College students who return home in the summer, they should be concentrated and isolated, and a free policy should be implemented with valid student ID cards.
