Personal BOC e shield of China Bank is unlocked:

When you enter the wrong personal bank e-shield password for five consecutive times, the system will lock the personal bank e-shield. You need to apply for "unlocking" your personal BOC E shield at the counter of China Bank.

1. You need to bring any China bank card/passbook associated with Bank of China's personal online banking/personal mobile banking, valid identification documents for opening the China bank card/passbook, and entity authentication tools to apply for unlocking at any branch of Bank of China.

2. The teller of China Bank will print the "Reference Number and Authorization Code" for you and give it to you to complete the subsequent unlocking operation.

3. You enter the personal online banking login page of Bank of China, select the "CA certificate download" link on the right side of the page, enter the serial number and graphic verification code of USBKEY of Bank of China in the pop-up page, complete the initialization and setting of the new password according to the system prompt, then enter the "reference number and authorization code" delivered by the teller of Bank of China, and complete the updating and unlocking of the CA certificate of Bank of China according to the page prompt.
