Tencent Wangka suddenly can't access the network, so you can check whether the total traffic reaches 40GB. If it reaches 40GB, the traffic function will be turned off and automatically turned on the next month (which is clearly stated in the network access agreement).

Tencent Dawang Card, Tianwang Card and Wangdika can cancel the traffic capping by sending the short message "KTBXLL" to 100 10, and there will be a short message notification after successful processing;

After capping, the traffic usage in the current month is no longer restricted. All traffic exceeding 40GB (including Tencent's exclusive traffic), if there are no other traffic package products, will be charged according to the daily rental treasure, and the traffic capping limit of the current package will be automatically restored the next month.

If it is because of the signal, it will be affected by various factors such as topography, landforms and tall buildings. If it is located in a relatively closed place, the signal will be affected.

The treatment method is as follows:

1. Shut down again and try again;

2. Replace the mobile phone card with the mobile phone of family or friends and try again;

3. See if there are any signals from other Unicom users around;
