Qingdao 2022 General Higher Education Entrance Examination will be held on May 7 -8, 2022. Qingdao * * candidates 15, 4 14 (an increase of 54.8% compared with last year), with 7 examination areas and 20 test sites in Shinan, Shibei, Licang, West Coast New District, Laoshan, Chengyang and Jimo (see annex 1). The relevant matters and matters needing attention in the examination are hereby announced as follows:

First, the examination time and subjects

Note: The examination time for each subject is 120 minutes.

Second, the epidemic prevention requirements

(a) to apply for "Shandong electronic health password". Please apply for "Shandong Electronic Health Pass Code" in advance (you can apply through WeChat official account "Health Shandong Service Number", Love Shandong APP, Alipay "Electronic Health Pass Card" and other channels). Candidates from other provinces who come to Shandong should fill in the Declaration Form for Coming to Shandong in the electronic health code interface. Our college will conduct unified online verification before the exam, and there is no need to show it to the test center when entering the exam.

(two) according to the provisions of nucleic acid detection. All candidates must have a negative paper certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test (the time of nucleic acid test results is after 8: 00 am on May 5) before taking the test. Please go to the relevant medical institutions for nucleic acid testing within the specified time.

(three) to carry out personal health monitoring. Please take temperature measurement, record and health status monitoring every day from/0/4 days before the exam, and truthfully fill out the Health Management Information Collection Form for Admissions Examiners of Ordinary Colleges and Universities in Shandong Province in 2022 (see Annex 2), and submit it to the test center staff when they enter the test center in the first exam.

(4) Minimize cross-regional flow. In order to avoid affecting the exam, candidates are advised to minimize regional mobility and inter-provincial and inter-city gathering, and try not to leave Qingdao 14 days before the exam. It is strongly recommended that foreign candidates return to Qingdao as soon as possible and make preparations according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control in their districts (cities). /kloc-candidates who return from other provinces to take the exam within 0/4 days will take 1 exam on 1 day and the third day after they arrive at the examination place; /kloc-candidates who take cross-city exams within 0/4 days will take 1 exam after arriving at the test center. If the above requirements change, they shall be implemented according to the latest epidemic prevention requirements of our city and its subordinate districts (cities).

(5) Please contact in time under special circumstances. According to the deployment of epidemic prevention and control work in our province, under any of the following circumstances, such candidates will be arranged to take the exam in the standby isolation examination room, and please take the initiative to contact Qingdao Admissions Examination Institute after printing the admission ticket (Tel: 857862 12).

1. To cure the confirmed cases and asymptomatic infected persons discharged from the hospital, you must have a physical examination report within 7 days before the examination (the physical examination conclusion is normal, and lung imaging shows that the lung lesions are completely absorbed) and two negative paper reports of nucleic acid detection every 24 hours (of which 1 time is 48 hours before the examination, sputum or nasopharyngeal swab).

2. Persons who have lived in key epidemic areas with moderate or high risk and left the above areas for less than 2 1 day; An epidemic occurred within 2 1 day in the residential area; Those who live abroad and have lived in China for 14 days but less than 28 days must hold negative paper certificates of nucleic acid testing with an interval of more than 24 hours twice before the test 14 days (in which 1 time is within 48 hours before the test).

3. In case of fever, cough and other symptoms on/0/4 days before the test, a diagnosis certificate issued by a medical institution and a negative paper certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours before the test are required.

4. Internship candidates who have direct contact with entry personnel or goods at airports and ports, and internship candidates in high-risk positions such as isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics and cold chain-related enterprises, who have not been away from their jobs for more than 14 days, need to hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours.

5. Those who return to Shandong from the local epidemic provinces to take the exam must have two negative paper reports of nucleic acid detection within 48 hours before departure and 48 hours before the exam after arrival.

6. In addition to the above, the general contacts who are still in the period of home health monitoring (people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of infected people's activities), people who are accompanied by air at the same time, and people in closed management areas (including people in prevention areas, people in closed control areas and people in control areas who have lifted centralized isolation restrictions).

(6) measure the temperature. On the day of the exam, you must take a temperature measurement when entering the test center. If the temperature is ≥37.3℃, a second interview will be conducted. If the temperature is still ≥37.3℃ after the second interview, the test must be conducted according to the emergency handling procedures of the test center. Please cooperate with the test center staff.

(7) Personal protection. You need to wear disposable medical masks before arriving at the test center and entering the examination room. Please queue in and out in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the test center staff, and try to keep a safe distance from others. Candidates in low-risk areas can decide whether to wear masks after entering the examination room, and encourage them to wear masks all the time during the examination; Candidates in non-low-risk areas and spare isolation examination rooms must wear masks all the time.

Third, strictly observe the examination time.

(1) The designated documents for the registration of this examination are the admission ticket and the resident ID card within the validity period [Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan candidates can hold the residence permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents, the travel permit for Hong Kong and Macao residents to and from the mainland and the mainland travel permit for taiwan residents (valid for five years)].

Because it is forbidden to bring the mobile phone into the closed area, it is impossible to verify the identity by viewing the electronic identity in the mobile phone, so the electronic identity is not used as a valid certificate for the entrance examination.

(2) The college entrance examination starts at 9: 00 am and starts at 14:00 pm. Please keep in mind the test time, plan and arrange reasonably, try to arrive at the test center ahead of time, and leave enough time for temperature measurement and admission inspection. In order to ensure safety, candidates should not stay or gather around the test center after arriving at the test center, and should enter the venue in an orderly manner as soon as possible.

(3) According to the regulations on examination management, latecomers are not allowed to enter after the official start of the examination. You are not allowed to hand in your papers before the exam is over. Please leave in an orderly way after the exam.

(4) Candidates can familiarize themselves with the environment near the test center and understand the relevant requirements of the test after 4: 30 pm on the day before the test (May 6). In order to ensure the safety of the exam, candidates can only view relevant information and publicity materials in the designated area of the test center, and are not allowed to enter the test center.

Fourth, obey the rules and discipline and test integrity.

(1) Integrity discipline inspection. Candidates should strictly abide by the examination discipline and put an end to cheating in the examination. During the exam, please complete the exam according to the unified test instructions issued by the test center (the clock hanging time in the examination room is for reference only). All examination rooms are subject to full coverage and full-time online surveillance video, and the surveillance video and video playback in the later period will be used as the basis for determining the violation of the examination. Please note: test questions, answer sheets, draft papers, etc. They are all exam-related materials, and photos are not allowed to be sent out or taken away from the examination room in any form.

V. Some exam instructions and requirements

(two) after the examination, you should fill in the name, seat number, candidate number and other information in the designated position. Fill in the information points with 2B pencil, and write the rest with 0.5mm black pen.

(3) The examination room can be changed according to different examination subjects. Please be sure to take the exam in the examination room specified in the admission ticket.

(4) Candidates are not allowed to take any test materials such as test papers, answer sheets and draft papers out of the examination room.

(five) all the personnel and vehicles that send and accompany the exam are not allowed to enter the test center.

(6) Except for examination stationery, admission ticket, ID card, Health Management Information Collection Form for Candidates in the 2022 College Entrance Examination in Shandong Province and nucleic acid test report, no other articles (including mobile phones and watches) are allowed to be brought into the examination closed area. Candidates should clean up and keep their personal belongings in advance.

(7) From April 28th to May 8th (except national holidays), every day from 9: 00 to 17: 00, candidates log in and print the admission ticket on A4 paper. You can print multiple copies of the admission ticket.

(8) When the results are announced (please pay attention to the website of Shandong Education Admissions Examination Institute for specific time), candidates can log in and check the results themselves. If there is any objection to the results, I must apply for a written review of the results with my ID card and admission ticket to the local enrollment examination institution where the examination is held within 3 working days from the date of publication of the results.
