How does XivoX9 recover deleted messages?

Vivo X9 mobile phone can back up short messages in cloud service.

If information is backed up in the cloud service before deleting the short message, the previously backed-up information can be recovered locally in the cloud service after deletion.

If the message is not backed up in the cloud service before deletion, it cannot be recovered after deletion.
