Complain about a product

Dear Mr Astor.

For ten years, we have always regarded your company as a supplier of our electrical products. Until recently, the quality of your products has been very good.

However, on May 4th, 2004, we received some radios of extremely poor quality. Many radios were damaged. We can't sell them to our customers.

I really hope that this kind of delivery will not happen again, and I hope that your suppliers in the future can provide high-quality products again. However, if we receive any defective products from you, we will have to find another supplier to provide products that meet our high standards. I believe you can provide us with products that meet our high standards. I believe you can give us a satisfactory explanation.

You are sincere.

Dear Ms. Foster

I am writing this letter about the shirt I bought from your store on May 8, 2004. (Polite introduction-reasons for writing a complaint)

I recently washed this shirt with cold water. However, when I took the shirt out of the washing machine, it was deformed and no longer fit. (fact)

I called your store yesterday and talked to Mr. Fox, the head of the department. He was rather rude on the phone and told me that I couldn't get a replacement shirt because it was bought at a discount price. I have been a customer in Loyal for many years, and I have never complained before. Therefore, I am disappointed to be treated like this. (fact)

However, I will be very satisfied if you can help me change my shirt or refund my money. (Polite ending-say what you want the reader to do)

I look forward to your early reply. (Polite ending)

You are sincere.

I wrote about the shirt I bought in your store on May 8, 2004. I recently washed my shirt with cold water. However, when I took the shirt out of the washing machine, I found that the elasticity of the shirt had changed and was no longer suitable. I called your store yesterday and told your department head, Fox. Mr. Fox was very rude on the phone and told me that I couldn't change my shirt because I bought it on sale. I have been your loyal customer for many years, and I never complained before this happened. So I'm very disappointed in the way you treat me. I would be very happy if you could change my shirt or refund it. I look forward to your reply. )

Complain about some kind of mistake

dear sir or madam.

Regarding your invoice DH/600622 dated June 5, 2004, we must point out that you seem to have made a mistake. Your invoice said that the goods contained 3 00 bowls, and your delivery was only 300 bowls, but in fact we placed an order for 500 bowls.

We would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter as soon as possible and let us know your opinion.

Complaint service

dear sir or madam.

I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received when I stayed in your hotel during the holiday from May/KLOC-0 to May 5.

Although your hotel was rated as a five-star hotel, I found that my room was not cleaned every day, and my bed was made every five days. The food in this restaurant is equally disappointing. It is not only too expensive, but also of poor quality. Therefore, I have to eat in a local restaurant.

I believe you will take my complaint seriously and make every effort to improve the service in the future. I also very much hope that my bill can be discounted (with a receipt attached).

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully

Although your hotel is a five-star hotel, I find that you don't clean your room every day or make your bed every five days. The food in the restaurant in the hotel is just as bad. The food is not only expensive, but also of poor quality, so I have to eat in a local restaurant outside the hotel. I believe you will consider my complaint and try your best to improve the service in the future. I would appreciate it if you could single this for my last account (with a receipt attached). Give us your letter. )
