That's a problem with MMS settings. Just set it simply.

1. Cellular data:

2. MMS:

Apn: enter cmwap.

User name: empty

Password: empty

Mmsc: Enter mmsc.monternet.com.

MMS agent: 10.0. 172: 80 (remember to add port number: 80, which is very important).

Maximum MMS size: enter 102400 (it is recommended to leave it blank to facilitate sending larger pictures, etc. ).

MMS ua Prof url: empty.

Go back to the main screen, click Settings again, turn on the flight mode, turn off the flight mode, click Information, turn on sending and receiving MMS under the SMS/MMS column, display the number of words in the subject column, click Settings to exit, and try to send MMS, OK!
