How rubbish is Shanghai Airlines?

How much rubbish can Loong Air be? It will refresh your three views and is a must-see to avoid pitfalls!

The reason for the incident: I originally planned to take Loong Airlines from Hangzhou to Shenzhen on November 27. When I arrived at the airport on the same day and went through the security check to the boarding gate, I was notified at short notice that a nucleic acid test report was required before boarding. But I had not done so before. I didn’t receive any message notification, no matter text message or phone call (because the headquarters is still in Hangzhou, the service at Hangzhou Airport is like this?). Loong Airlines didn't give me an explanation and refused to let me board the plane. They said they could give me a full refund. Since I was pressed for time and had no time to continue arguing with them, I bought a new flight after leaving and planned to fly to Guangzhou and then take a taxi to Shenzhen. (Hey, it’s only a social animal for two days on the weekend...Hey, it adds a lot of time and money costs). Thinking that it wouldn't affect my mood too much, I didn't pursue the issue with Changlong and silently applied for a refund on the platform. However, when I received the payment, it was only 55 yuan. The original price is 400 to 500, only 55 will be refunded? What about a full refund? So I contacted the airline and waited on the phone for dozens of minutes before getting through to the spicy chicken service (probably I didn’t want you to get through on purpose,,). The airline said my name was not on their internal denial list and signs. But at that time, the staff did not guide me to make any signs or actions at all. Their failure to do anything internally became the reason for not refunding the full amount. Several rounds of communication have yielded no results, and consumer rights have been violated again and again, so I can only share my experience to prevent passengers from being similarly violated.

Complaint:

1. Loong Airlines did not treat passengers as customers, let alone seek God, and did not provide adequate notification of sudden emergencies. As a result, passengers were not informed until they arrived at the airport that they could not board the plane. Loss of time and money without any compensation or reasonable explanation.

2. Changlong’s internal management is chaotic. I don’t know whether it’s because it doesn’t want a refund or it’s a process problem. There are no standard actions from the scene to the backend, which harms the interests of passengers. And the customer service hotline is fake and cannot be reached at all.

3. Changlong’s promise is invalid. They told me on the spot that a full refund would be available and asked me to apply for it, but when I applied after you left, there was no full refund at all.

Conclusion: I don’t want to fly on a crappy long-distance airline anymore. I treat it as if I stepped on dog shit. I hope everyone will avoid it! ! ! Garbage queue! ! !
