The most critical reason is four words: investigation and evaluation. The criminal police team will be handed over to the procuratorate within 7 days. If you receive an evaluation letter from the procuratorate or the court before obtaining a bail pending trial, you should investigate and evaluate whether you are suitable for obtaining a bail pending trial, and you can get a bail pending trial only after sending the evaluation report to the procuratorate. Don't come back to investigate and evaluate. Without evaluation, the procuratorate will let you go back to the judicial ownership and refuse to accept it.
