How to cancel the redemption of points in CCB's online mall

If you have submitted the order but have not paid it, you can cancel the order in my account;

If your order is not settled or paid within 5 days, mall system will automatically cancel your order without additional operation;

If the order has been paid, you need to call the customer service hotline to apply for canceling the order. Deduction points generated during payment will be returned within 7 days (except weekends and holidays).
