In violation of the law, no organization or individual may use the telecommunication network to produce, copy, publish or disseminate information containing the contents of spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or abetting crimes, insulting and slandering others, and infringing upon their legitimate rights and interests. Article 70 of the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment provides conditions for gambling for the purpose of making profits, or participates in gambling in a large amount, and shall be detained for not more than five days or fined not more than five hundred yuan; If the circumstances are serious, they shall be detained for more than 10 and less than 15, and fined for more than 3,000 yuan in 500 yuan.
