First, make a plan. All walks of life and units should formulate prevention and control work plans and emergency plans. Units that process and operate imported commodities shall regulate the disposal of imported commodities and protect people, goods and the environment.

Second, delay the arrival. Employees in high-risk areas and cities, counties with local cases, and areas where regional nucleic acid testing is carried out will be suspended, and all units should keep their jobs until they are reduced to low risk.

Third, declare in advance. Newcomers and returnees are required to voluntarily declare relevant information in "Shaoxing Epidemic Prevention Platform" or "Running APP- Through Li Zhe-Switching City Xinchang County-District and County Service Area-Xinchang-Newcomers and Returnees Declare by themselves"; Personal protection should be strictly done on the way back to the new city. Wear a mask and wash your hands frequently in closed places such as buses and elevators.

Fourth, nucleic acid detection. Sixth, cleaning and disinfection. All units shall ventilate and disinfect the work and living places in advance before starting work. After construction, do a good job in preventive disinfection of work and living places in accordance with the epidemic prevention and control guidelines. Units engaged in the operation and processing of imported goods should strengthen the ventilation of storage areas, and do a good job in disinfection, testing and regular testing of imported goods in strict accordance with the requirements of the Operating Rules for the Prevention and Control of Epidemic Normalization of Imported Goods in Industrial Enterprises in Zhejiang Province issued by the Provincial Prevention and Control Office. All units should combine patriotic health work, strengthen internal environmental sanitation, thoroughly clean up the breeding grounds of disease vectors, and reduce the risk of transmission.

Seven, to prevent agglomeration. After returning to work, strictly control the scale of meeting activities, wear masks throughout the meeting activities, do a good job of personal protection, and implement peak-shifting or scattered meals for daily meals to control the gathering of personnel.

Eight, hold the gate. All units should strictly observe the small door of the unit, and "take the temperature, light the code and check the itinerary" before going to work every day.
