How to apply for a motorcycle permit to Beijing?

The procedures for motorcycle passes to Beijing are as follows:

1. Log in to Beijing Traffic Police APP and enter the registered mobile phone number, password or SMS verification code to log in. After logging in successfully, click on the Beijing Pass to read the user instructions.

2. Click the+sign to add a vehicle, fill in the vehicle information including type, license plate number and engine number, and click Add a vehicle. Click to apply for permission, read the instructions for entering Beijing, and click Next. Select the type of Beijing Pass.

3. Fill in the driver and colleague information (optional), and click Next. Fill in the information about Beijing (including date, purpose, roads and destinations in Beijing) and click Submit. Confirm the application information and submit it successfully.
