Description of opening conditions and tariffs:

1. Existing ringtone users and 4G users who meet the free ringtone opening conditions can be directly opened.

2. Non-ringtone users who can't open ringtones for free need to decide whether to open toll ringtones before opening this service.

3. This service does not consume traffic, and does not generate any fees, except for sending activated/cancelled SMS messages, which will generate SMS fees.
