First, enter Shao and leave Shao to take the initiative to report.

people from other provinces, people from cities and counties where high-risk areas are located, and floating people who go out of Shaoyang and cross-counties in the city should report at least one day in advance through the "Hunan Resident Health Card" small program of "reporting in Hunan".

Special reminder: Those who have lived in areas with medium and high risk in China or local epidemic areas in recent 1 days, as well as those whose health codes are red and yellow, must report to their villages, units or hotels as soon as possible, take the initiative to fulfill their personal epidemic prevention responsibilities, and cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control measures. Those who conceal or lie about their personal itinerary and health status will bear corresponding legal responsibilities.

second, strictly implement epidemic prevention measures.

As of 2: on November 7th, there were 159 high-risk areas, 15 medium-risk areas and 8 low-risk areas in the city. High-risk areas are sealed and controlled: staying at home and providing on-site services; Take control measures in the middle risk area: stay out of the area and take things at the wrong peak; Take preventive measures in low-risk areas: personal protection and avoiding gathering.

In areas where social control is implemented, residents will stay at home except for taking part in nucleic acid testing in an orderly manner, and it is forbidden to move in public areas such as streets, communities, buildings and social areas; Hospitals, pharmacies, water, electricity, oil and gas stores are operating normally, life supermarkets are operating at different times in strict accordance with epidemic prevention regulations, other business places, public cultural and sports venues, scenic spots and other places are temporarily closed, and all gathering activities are strictly prohibited.

yellow code personnel should cooperate with the management requirements of their communities, strictly implement home health monitoring measures, and insist on not going out except participating in yellow code nucleic acid testing. Code red personnel should immediately report to the local CDC, local community and unit, and wait for epidemic prevention personnel to investigate and sample in a separate area without contact with others.

If it is not necessary to move across counties, if it is really necessary to travel, the health code must be green, the body temperature should be normal, and the negative nucleic acid test certificate should be provided within 48 hours, and the epidemic prevention regulations at the place of departure and destination should be strictly observed. Try to reduce unnecessary going out and enter public places to provide effective negative proof of nucleic acid test.

those who have lived in high-risk areas for 7 days will be subjected to centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days; Those who have lived in a medium-risk area within 7 days will be taken for medical observation at home for 7 days. If you don't have the conditions for home isolation medical observation, take centralized isolation medical observation.

those who have lived in counties and districts with a certain range of community communication or have implemented large-scale community control measures within 7 days will be subject to 7 days of isolated medical observation.

Third, actively carry out nucleic acid detection.
