I. On-site inquiry process

Individuals should bring the original and 1 copy of their valid identity documents, fill in the "Personal Credit Report Inquiry Application Form" at the inquiry outlets, and submit the inquiry application.

Second, the online query operation method:

1. First, open Baidu search "China People's Bank Credit Information Center" and enter the official homepage of China People's Bank Credit Information Center.

2. Select "Internet Personal Credit Information Service Platform" in the middle core business part, and click Enter.

3. As shown in the figure, select "Start immediately".

4. Log in to "New User Registration" on the right side of the selection page for the first time, fill in the identity information as prompted, register the account, and log in after the registration is successful.

5. Select "Apply for Credit Information". There are three verification methods to choose from. It is relatively complicated because it is difficult to obtain the UnionPay authentication code by choosing a bank card. Question verification is recommended here.

6. After authentication, the personal credit center will send the authentication code SMS to your reserved mobile phone, and you can access the platform with the authentication code to obtain the results after 24 hours.

7. Please refer to 1-4 for the method of obtaining the results. Log in to the platform, select "Get Credit Information", and enter the authentication of receiving SMS below to view personal credit information.

8. On the page where the results are viewed, just press CTRL+P to print. At that time, the personal credit report you need can be printed out. (Provided that your computer is connected to a printer. If you don't have a printer, you can save the picture or PDF and copy it to the computer connected to the printer for printing. )

The number of personal inquiries in 20 14 years starts from June 3rd, 20 14, and the number of annual inquiries after 20 15 years starts from June 1 day of that year. On-site inquiry process: the individual carries the original and 1 copy of his valid ID card, fills in the Inquiry Application Form for Personal Credit Report at the inquiry outlet, and submits the inquiry application.

If the number of personal inquiries exceeds 3 times or more in that year, the staff will inform the individual that he needs to pay the inquiry service fee, and the individual will decide whether to pay the inquiry fee voluntarily.
