Therefore, on the way back home, we must strictly protect ourselves and abide by relevant epidemic prevention regulations to minimize the risk of the epidemic. In order to fully protect everyone's health and safety, the *** Youth League Yantai City Muping District Committee has issued the following initiatives and tips.

1. Return cigarette reporting requirements. People returning from outside Yantai City must report three days in advance. They can report through the "Yantai Report" applet, or call the property or community phone number to report in time, and promptly inform the itinerary, arrival time, destination, etc.

2. Home isolation and centralized isolation policies. Except for some areas with severe epidemics, people at risk of the epidemic need to undergo home quarantine for 5 days after returning to the area, and a nucleic acid test will be conducted on the 1st, 3rd, and 5th days of the period. Some areas require 7 days of home quarantine, with the 1st and 3rd days of the period required. A nucleic acid test will be conducted every 5 and 7 days. For those who have a history of living in normalized areas outside the city, they must have a 48-hour nucleic acid negative certificate when coming to smoke and returning to smoke. "On-arrival inspection" and "three inspections in five days" will be implemented.

3. Specific requirements for home isolation. During home isolation, you should live alone or in a single room, use a separate bathroom, take personal protection, and minimize contact with other family members; during this period, you and your co-residents are not allowed to go out, and all visits are refused. Nucleic acid testing requires door-to-door sampling by staff, and sampling outside the home is not allowed. Those who do not meet the conditions for home isolation will be subject to centralized isolation.

4. Relevant legal terms. After developing suspected symptoms of COVID-19, such as fever, fatigue, dry cough, sore throat, vomiting, etc., the person fails to report immediately and seek medical treatment at the fever clinic as required, and refuses to undergo quarantine, compulsory isolation or treatment without valid reasons; fails to comply with the isolation point, According to the epidemic prevention regulations in key risk areas such as sealed areas, controlled areas, and temporary controlled areas, those who gather in violation of regulations, visit each other, go out privately, or deliver items outside the country, and violate the "Public Security Management Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China" shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the law. Administrative penalties shall be imposed; those who cause the spread of the new coronavirus or pose a serious risk of spread, constituting the crime of obstructing the prevention and control of infectious diseases, shall be investigated for criminal prosecution by judicial organs in accordance with the provisions of Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China. responsibility.

5. Actively participate in volunteer services.
