What should I do after the WeChat complaint fails?

Wechat forgot the password and the complaint failed. We can get the complaint receipt number first, and then fill in the receipt number through Tencent's manual customer service to retrieve the password. The operation steps for obtaining the complaint receipt number are as follows:

1. Open WeChat to enter the WeChat login page, and then click the "Retrieve Password" option at the bottom left of the page to enter the account password retrieval page;

2. Click the option of "Appeal for WeChat account password", and after agreeing to the agreement, click "Start Appeal";

3. After security verification, enter the complaint page to retrieve the password of WeChat account and fill in the mobile phone number or QQ number bound by yourself;

4. Fill in the new mobile phone number in the available mobile phone number text box, and then click "Next" and "Send SMS immediately" to send SMS as required;

5. After sending, click the option of "I have sent SMS, next message", and follow the prompts to pop up the result of the complaint failure and the receipt number, just take a screenshot of the receipt number.
