Return conditions

1. Products purchased at JD.COM DJI Shopping Mall, DJI Tmall Flagship Store, DJI DJI Flagship Store and DJI DJI Innovation JD.COM Flagship Store can apply for a return if they meet one of the following conditions:

? Within 7 natural days after receiving the goods, the product packaging, accessories, gifts and instructions are complete, no one is damaged, and it is not activated for use, which will not affect the secondary sales;

? Within 7 natural days after receiving the goods, it is found that there is a performance failure of the product that is not artificially damaged.

Return request

You can return the goods through DJI Mall App or DJI Mall Web Edition.

1. Enter DJI Mall, select "My Order", and click on the order that needs a refund;

2. Click the "Apply for After-sale" button below the product that needs a refund on the order details page;

3. Click "Return and Refund" in the after-sales type module of the after-sales application page;

4. On the page of applying for refund, fill in the information such as "Application Quantity", "Application Reason", "Refund Description" and "Upload Voucher Photo" correctly and completely according to the actual needs, and then click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page;

5. After the return application is approved, you will receive the SMS or email notification that has passed the examination and approval, and you need to supplement the logistics information of the return on the refund page;

6. After receiving the notice, find the order that needs to be returned. On the return details page, you can find that the return application has been approved, with the return address and related matters needing attention. After sending the returned products according to the return address on the page, click the "Fill in Return Logistics" button at the bottom of the page;

7. After filling in the correct logistics company and logistics number, click "OK", and the products will be arranged for handling after receipt.
